Having personally overcome an autoimmune condition, Lindsey has developed a strong passion for helping others overcome their health challenges. She has witnessed firsthand how use of proper foods and nutrients allows the body to heal itself and operate the way it was created to function — in an optimal, flourishing state. Lindsey utilizes a combination of integrative nutrition knowledge, functional lab testing, and consideration of the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual to effectively treat the most stubborn health problems. Her goal is to empower patients by teaching a comprehensive model of self-care so they can stay healthy for life. She provides support on every step of the journey towards vibrant health. Lindsey’s services include one-on-one in-person, phone, or video consultations, home cooking visits, grocery store tours, and public speaking events.

Lindsey graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition. She is an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. She has several years of experience working with functional medical doctors in the Washington DC Metro area. In addition to completing her certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, she participated in specialized training at the Foundational Institute for Functional Medicine: Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice. Having worked in the supplement industry for five years, she also has extensive knowledge of nutritional supplements. Lindsey looks forward to partnering with patients to uncover the underlying causes of their health issues so that they can heal and become the best version of themselves.
